Herman Miller and Knoll officially merge

July 23, 2021

The new entity is now called MillerKnoll

Earlier this year in April, two of the world’s most iconic furniture brands announced that they would merge. This comes on the back of Herman Miller acquiring Knoll in a $1.8 billion cash and stock transaction. The deal officially concluded on July 19, and the new joint entity is known simply as MillerKnoll. MillerKnoll now boasts several physical stores worldwide, multi e-commerce channels, a global dealer network, and a presence in over 100 countries.
