In a world where diffusion lines– top designers designing for high-street labels– are the order of the day and luxury is just about as much in vogue as Ricky Martin’s dance moves, Christian Dior has announced the launch of the second generation of their luxury mobile phones ahead of the holiday season.

The new luxury phone line will be launched in December 2009 and will feature gold plated and black PVD-coated handsets with sapphire crystals. The two models are the Zelie with red casing which will cost around $7,900 and the Zenaide in white which will retails for $13,400.
