W Hotel Doha by United Designers to open in November 2008

While we wait anxiously for the Jean Nouvel designed W hotel at Dubai Festival City, one of our readers Khalifa has alerted us about the opening of W Hotel and Residences in Doha designed by UK-based firm United Designers in November 2008. Thanks Khalifa.

Although the designs are as cool as W Hotel has become synonymous with, but how do you beat Pritzker Prize winning architect Jean Nouvel? But we’ll wait till W Hotel Dubai comes up to give our verdict.
