Donatella Versace, the one with the platinum blonde locks and flawless golden tan, sure knows how to orchestrate pure luxury. A glimpse of the upcoming luxurious seven-star Palazzo Versace Dubai resort is on display at three of Harrods’ windows, one of which opens up into the store, allowing viewers to step inside and live the Versace lifestyle, or at least imagine it.

The real deal though– the 213-suite and 169 private residence resort, inspired by Roman, Baroque architecture– is being built on the creek at Dubai Culture Village by international property developers and architecture firm Emirates Sunland Group founded by Soheil Abedian. It will embody the quintessential Versace style– swathed in the decadent Versace Home collection and its guest list is expected to include Hollywood glitterati, supermodels and the rich and famous.
